1. Does this box include a burner?
No, this box does not include a burner. It only contains 30 pieces of bakhoor.
2. Can I burn bakhoor on charcoal?
Dukhni bakhoor can be burned in 3 ways- on the Dukhni smokeless burner, on charcoal and on any electric burner. Please follow all safety precautions while burning bakhoor.
3. How long does the bakhoor last for?
On an electric burner, the bakhoor will last for approx 10 minutes. The bakhoor will last for 15 minutes if burned on charcoal. With Dukhni's Smokeless Candle Bakhoor Burner, the bakhoor lasts for 3 to 3.5 hours.
4. Can I light the bakhoor directly?
No, please do not light the piece of bakhoor directly. The bakhoor cannot be lit on fire but it rather needs a medium to burn. Please use the Dukhni burner or charcoal or an electric burner to burn the bakhoor.
5. Can I reuse the same bakhoor piece?
No, bakhoor is intended for single use. After a full session of around 3 to 3.5 hours, the fragrant oils will have completely diffused. Even if the piece still has a faint scent, it will no longer emit fragrance effectively and should be discarded after use.
6. Is it safe for daily indoor use?
Yes, Dukhni Bakhoor is non-toxic and suitable for daily use indoors. We recommend using it with care, following simple fire safety practices, especially when using charcoal or electric burners. With the right precautions, it creates a calm and beautifully fragrant environment for your home.
